Beef Goulash Soup

Directions:

  1. cut steak into cubes. Stir-fry beef in a large saucepan in hot oil over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes. Add onion and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in water, broth, undrained tomatoes, carrot, cocoa powder, and garlic. Bring to boiling, then reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, noodles, and paprika to the pot. Continue simmering for 7 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with sour cream and additional paprika
