Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together bread crumbs, 0.5 tsp of the dried basil, pepper, and paprika. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, then toss to coat.
  3. Place chicken in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Press crumb mixture onto chicken. Bake for 25 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together milk, flour, bouillon granules, and remaining basil. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked chicken.
