Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
- 0.25 cups dry bread crumbs
- 0.75 tsp crushed dried basil
- 0.125 tsp black pepper
- 0.125 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1.25 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 0.67 cups reduced fat milk
- 2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 0.75 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together bread crumbs, 0.5 tsp of the dried basil, pepper, and paprika. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture, then toss to coat.
- Place chicken in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Press crumb mixture onto chicken. Bake for 25 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together milk, flour, bouillon granules, and remaining basil. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve over cooked chicken.
