Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Directions:

  1. Start the rice cooking
  2. Thinly slice beef across the grain into strips. Set aside.
  3. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together beef broth, soy sauce, corn starch, sugar, and ginger. Set aside.
  4. Coat an unheated wok with cooking spray, then preheat the wok in medium-high heat. Add asparagus, mushrooms, and green onions. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, then remove from wok.
  5. Add oil to wok. Add beef to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Stir sauce and pour into wok. Cook and stir until thickened.
  6. Return veggies to the wok and stir-fry to coat. Serve with rice.
