Peachy Rice Pudding

Directions:

  1. Add water and uncooked rice to a saucepan and bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, cranberry bits, honey, cinnamon, and salt into rice. Bring to boiling, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes while adding milk and stirring to desired consistency.
  3. Serve topped with peaches, yogurt, and nutmeg.
