Pork Soft Shell Tacos

  1. Thinly slice the pork across the grain into strips. cook the pork in a large skillet in hot oil over medium-high heat until cooked through. Set pork aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine sour cream, chili powder, and cayenne pepper powder. Set aside.
  3. Spoon pork, sour cream mixture, and all other ingredients onto tortillas and serve
