Pork Soft Shell Tacos

Ingredients:
- 8 oz boneless pork loin
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 0.25 cup light sour cream
- 0.25 tsp chili powder
- 0.125 cayenne pepper powder
- 4 flour tortillas
- 0.5 cups shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cups diced tomato
- 0.5 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- Bottle of salsa
Directions:
- Thinly slice the pork across the grain into strips. cook the pork in a large skillet in hot oil over medium-high heat until cooked through. Set pork aside.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, chili powder, and cayenne pepper powder. Set aside.
- Spoon pork, sour cream mixture, and all other ingredients onto tortillas and serve
