Roasted Asparagus with Gruyere

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400°F.
  2. Cut off asparagus bases, then place asparagus, onion, and bell pepper into a 15x10-inch baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast, uncovered, for 20 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand a couple minutes until cheese melts.
